Privacy Policy — 5balls

Effective date: July 6, 2026

5balls is a paid puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, made by Bartosz Kustra. This policy is short because the app's data practices are short:
5balls collects no data. None.

What the app collects

Nothing. 5balls has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. The app contains no networking code — it never connects to the internet, so nothing about you or your play ever leaves your device.

What stays on your device

Your game state, settings, and high scores are saved locally on your device so the game can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device, is not backed up to any server of ours (we don't have servers), and is deleted when you delete the app.

Accounts and identity

There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no age gates. The app never asks who you are.

Children

5balls is rated 4+. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes any of the above (for example, adding iCloud sync for high scores), this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the effective date bumped.
